Refund Policy
REFUND DISCLAIMER
Thee Phlebotomy Studio operates in compliance with the Private School Licensure Committee requirements. All students are encouraged to review this refund policy carefully before making any payment.

A non-refundable seat retainer is required to reserve a student’s place in class. This retainer will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal, cancellation, or failure to attend.
Refunds for tuition (excluding the seat retainer) will only be issued in accordance with the refund schedule set forth by Thee Phlebotomy Studio and as required by the Private School Licensure Committee. Refund eligibility is determined based on the date of written withdrawal notice submitted by the student.
Thee Phlebotomy Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a course. In such cases, students may receive a prorated refund for unused tuition, excluding the non-refundable seat retainer.
By submitting payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund policy and understands that the seat retainer is non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Students may cancel enrollment at any time by submitting written notice to Thee
Phlebotomy Studio. Refunds of unearned prepaid tuition, fees, and other charges will
be made within thirty (30) days of termination according to the following schedule:
1.Within 72 hours of enrollment: 100% refund of all money paid.
2. After 72 hours of enrollment but before classes begin: All money refunded except the
non-refundable registration & seat retainer fee.
3. After classes begin: A prorated refund will be issued for all unearned prepaid tuition and fees, based on the percentage of class hours completed at the time of withdrawal. Prorated refund example: If a student withdraws after completing 25% of the total class hours, they are entitled to a 75%refund of tuition paid.
4. Books and supplies: Once issued and received by students, books and supplies become the property of the student and are non-refundable. Refunds for these items may be made only at the discretion of Thee Phlebotomy Studio. All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the cancellation notice.
