Welcome to Thee Phlebotomy Studio. By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or submitting payment.

 

1: Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment is open to individuals 18 years or older with a valid photo ID and proof of high school completion or GED. A completed registration form and non-refundable seat retainer are required to secure your spot.

 

2: Tuition and Fees

Tuition must be paid in full by the specified deadline. Tuition covers classroom instruction and clinical training. The national exam fee of $125 is not included in tuition.

 

3: Payments

Payments can be made online or in person using approved methods. The seat retainer must be paid first to reserve a space. All balances must be cleared before the start of class or participation in any clinical rotation.

 

4: Refund Policy

The seat retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds for tuition, excluding the seat retainer, follow the refund policy required by the Private School Licensure Committee. Refunds are based on the date of written withdrawal submitted by the student. Students who do not attend or complete the course are not eligible for additional refunds.

 

5: Attendance and Conduct

Students must attend all scheduled classes, labs, and clinical sessions. Excessive absences, lateness, or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Professional conduct is expected at all times.

 

6: Certification and Completion

Students must meet attendance and performance requirements to receive a Certificate of Completion. Completion of training does not guarantee passing the national certification exam or job placement.

 

7: Clinical Practice and Liability

Students are required to follow all clinical and safety guidelines. Thee Phlebotomy Studio is not responsible for injuries, personal property loss, or accidents during training.

 

8: Dismissal Policy

The school may dismiss students for policy violations, unpaid balances, or unsafe or unprofessional behavior. Dismissed students are not eligible for refunds.

 

9: Course Changes

Thee Phlebotomy Studio reserves the right to update course dates, instructors, materials, or policies to maintain compliance and quality.

 

10: Agreement

By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable seat retainer policy.
